For over seven years we have been a manufacturer and supplier of interchangeable plate heat exchangers. Among our clients are companies known throughout the world: Alfa Laval Potok (Moscow), Machimpex (Moscow), G-MAP (Moscow), Funke Rus (Moscow), ROSWEP (Moscow, Teplotex APV (Moscow) and others. A well-established production string allows us to guarantee high quality of our products and to offer it at an attractive price. The three CNC heat cutting machines are capable of cutting ferrous metal up with gage up to 300 millimeters and are operating together in a computerized network, which minimizes cutting process and losses of metal. High-tech gas supply and distribution systems, high-purity gases and gas mixtures enable to provide top cutting quality and improves assembly quality. We also use a state-of-the-art processing centre МС1250 by NIKKEN that gives us a unique capability to perform high speed processing of small to medium-sized apertures, as well as flat surfaces with high admission rates and high speed cutting. Our new paint spraying shop consists of shot-jetting chamber (5:5:3,4м), paint-spraying chamber (6:5:3,4м) and drying chamber (6:5:3,4м), connected with each other by a dedicated conveyor. To ensure high cyclicity in the shot-jetting chamber we use MUNKEBO vacuum suction equipment for abrasive media retrieval and transport. All systems are equipped with high-quality devices and use top-grade consumables made in France, Italy and Denmark. The enterprise has a strict quality management system implemented.
