Our company’s specialized shop manufactures various types of welded items (as well as custom-ordered) using own materials; delivery to the client is possible. To start production we only need a draft and a technical assignment, all design documentation will be developed by our design office. We are an experienced manufacturer of rigs for excavators, loaders and tractors, hauling / hoisting devices, traverses, metal containers, storage hopper, pillar crane anchors, embedments, etc. Our blank preparation section is equipped with state-of-the art tools, allowing for maximum productivity and optimal cutting processes (ferrous (up to 300 millimeters) and non-ferrous metals, stainless steel), subsequent mechanical treatment minimization and assembly quality improvement.

Ten welding stations are operated by top-class professionals and equipped with high-class welding machines, capable of performing any welding type MIG-MAG, MMA, TIG with a wide range of welded materials (special steels like HARDOX, WELDOX, RAEX can be used for the elements most susceptive to wear). At the final stage of manufacture the items are processed by paint spraying shop which consists of shot-jetting chamber (5000:5000:3400 millimeters) with closed circuit for abrasive materials, paint-spraying chamber (6000:5000:3400 millimeters) and drying chamber (6000:5000:3400 millimeters), connected with each other by a dedicated conveyor. All equipments is best in its class and all consumables are made in France, Italy and Denmark.
